Locations

School in the Woods have many locations that we regularly use - Oakville, Burlington, Norval and Bracebridge, all in Ontario, Canada.

Oakville
Oakville is where we can be found when not out teaching courses, and is where our main classroom is located. This is also where we run our after school programs and many of our workshops. It's also the location of Kizen Martial Arts, and is walking distance from Bronte GO station.
Norval
This site is 430 acres on the Credit River, and is a very impressive site with a great diversity of flora and fauna. The location boasts log cabins, dormitory accommodation, a full kitchen, fully equipped classroom, and both high angle and low angle rope courses. We also have wonderful social areas in and out of the classroom, including a large tepee. 
There is outside flushing toilets, plus indoor toilets and showers for courses that use the classroom and dormitory.

Bracebridge
This is 136 acres of wilderness, with nothing but you and the wildlife. This location is where we run our more advanced courses, winter courses and expedition training.
