A pre trip plan
The difference between
      a. Emergency Survival
      b. Bushcraft
      c. Primitive Living
      d. Combat Survival

Then we cover 
The 6 priorities of survival
What to carry on a days hike

We than a have time for us to answer any questions you have and then it's a 5 minute drive to some green space where we cover
lighting a fire that will work first time
what to do in an emergency
signalling for help
animal awareness
first aid (this is not a first aid course but will explain the basics of what you should know and carry)
